The Job

Due to significant growth in ATL’s portfolio, we have recognised and are committed to aligning our manufacturing processes accordingly with the introduction of the ATL Aerospace Academy.

The Academy will be responsible for delivering all manufacturing processes for special projects related to our non-motorsport Customers, specifically Aerospace, Marine & Defence. You will be fully trained by our experienced in-house training team who will give you the skills and knowledge required to perform the role effectively.

We are recruiting for new team members due to significant growth in demand from customers in all sectors. You will be proud to work in our state-of-the-art facility located conveniently on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre..

Experience

We are keen to engage with candidates who have aerospace, or similar manufacturing experience and a proven track record of producing high quality results. The products we manufacture are handcrafted with care and attention-to-detail. Relevant experience for this role would align with previous experience where manual dexterity, high levels of quality, detail and precision have been proven either in the workplace or as a hobby. The successful applicants will be given full training to enhance their already evidenced skillset.

The successful candidate will have:

· Aerospace manufacturing experience or similar

· A relevant engineering qualification

· High attention to detail

· A good level of manual dexterity

· The ability to follow instructions

· A commitment to a challenging but fair work schedule

· Fluency in spoken and written English

Package

Competitive salary £13.60 starting salary

Bonus scheme – a finishing bonus of £1.50 per hour per job will be paid for all jobs completed on time following successful completion of the probation period - as a good will gesture this will be paid for all jobs completed on time during the probation period whilst you are training.
